We want you to be happy with what you paid for. This is how refunds work for a Pro pass bought on reeltext.app.
If the service did not work for you, email hello@reeltext.app within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference and we refund you in full. No questions beyond what we need to find the payment.
We refund the unused part of the pass if the service was unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row, or if we discontinue it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please write to us first: we are faster than a dispute and we do not argue over small amounts.
